Random things on a random day

Maggie and I are going to a pumpkin farm tomorrow with her school.  It had BETTER be nicer out than it is today (40 some degrees and windy right now).

Abbie no longer even CONSIDERS drinking out of a bottle.  She totally weened herself!

My neighbors - who used to park in front of our house for days (weeks) on end, are moving out.  There is a huge oil stain on the driveway of their house (or I should say the house they are renting).  Now if we could only get the OTHER neighbors to move - you know the ones with the kids who throw rocks at our house?  Wishful thinking I know.

When either Sean or I whistles the song "On Wisconsin" (the University of Madison fight song) our cats immediately run up and start jumping all over us.  And it's just that song.  The Univ of Illinois song has no affect what so ever!

I have made Pioneer Woman's blackberry cobbler 3 times in the last month (though the last 2 times have been with blueberries).  IT IS SO GOOD!  I think Sean would eat it everyday!

I am thinking of making lasagna for Thanksgiving.  It's just going to be us (we usually go to my sister's but she will be in Florida) and neither Sean or I really are that into turkey.  Is that sacrilegious?

Abbie eats more than Maggie does at dinner EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!

Maggie says more during dinner than I think I say out loud all day long.

I downloaded Peter Rabbit on my Nook and Maggie LOVES listening to it.  She particularly likes the British accent and they way they say Beatrix Potter (sounds like Potta).  She asks me every time - "momma what is Potta?"

I had something else funny to write but for the life of me can't remember it.  Oh well - Happy Friday's Eve!
